In 2014 we developed a new concept for club training called Club Xtra.
Club Xtra gave cricket clubs access to high level coaching at a fraction of the price they would normally have to pay. The program also allowed our coaches to work closely with club coaches to help them increase their knowledge and assist with planning future sessions.
Club Xtra has now grown to working with multiple clubs across multiple age groups for both boys and girls cricket. Our coaches can either come to you or your team can come to Southern Cricket. During the session we will capture video of your players, which we can then share with the club and players, and provide feedback on areas they could improve.
Our coaches can work with your coaches to help them session plan the next few sessions to give your players even more benefit. This program will allow your club to offer your junior players an environment that they can flourish in as well as enjoy the game even more than before, both crucial elements in retaining players throughout age groups.
